Waterproof or not waterproof

Night these for an off-road machine I submerge in water over the headlights. According to the description they are supposed to be waterproof. The bulb part moves around in the outer casing and I’m not sure how they can actually be waterproof. I don’t want water in my headlight enclosure so I guess I’ll be leaving the old bulbs in for now. Also on rough roads I think the headlight beam might bounce around on rough roads because the bulb part moves when you wiggle the harness from the back.

Man Sized Brake Pedal

Great heavy pedal. Nothing cheap about it other than the price. Raises pedal just enough to reach it easier and widens so your not having to dip your toe inwards to hit that itty bitty pedal. Super easy to install by tightening 2 set screws. Not sure why these have such an unsafe factory pedal but this fixes that.
