    Item arrived 100% intact. That was a miracle as it was pretty poorly packaged, and allowed to shift around in the box. The other model that I received from the seller was damaged and I have addressed that with him directly. I think the intentions are good, but you should directly ask (if you’re purchasing from the seller) about how the package will be boxed up and sent. I know some of you collectors are pretty picky about what you receive.

Bad Fit
We were told that this would be a perfect substitution to the OEM Toyota 4 Runner factory strut. This was not strong enough to keep the tailgate up. The bolt pattern did not fit property. We replace the struts with OEM.
