Does not work properly

At first we had a hard time, I believe with adjustment of the chip then, after that, it keeps making marks like shades, and it can only be corrected after the cartridge is removed and shaken. We have already had to do the process a few times. Well, you get what you pay for. This is the first of two, and I am hoping that the second one is better.
