Life Extension relies on worldwide medical studies to formulate their supplements. Doctors tell you just to take Calcium and Vit. D but don’t tell you that these need other micro elements that are present in Bone. This supplement has chelates Calcium (a more absorbable form) and Vit K, boron, silicon. I’ve been taking this for 3 years for Osteopenia and it’s stayed stable.
