Product came in early

Product came broken but was able to exchange at store
0 of 1 found this helpful When the tv came UPS delivered it late saying it mis sorted which meant that UPS broke the TV. When the TV came 2 days lat then expected and it came broken I called Best Buy and they told me I could take back to my local Best Buy. I did ad they exchange it for a new model and I didn't even have to pay the difference.
