  Communication was great, item was great, but shipping was slow. Took a week and a half to get here, missing Christmas unfortunately. I didn’t know it was going to be ground shipping when I bought it or I would have requested to pay a little extra for priority to make it in time for my daughter’s gift. BUT we still absolutely love the item and had an overall positive experience, USPS is more at fault here.
