Great for a teacher to have on hand
1 of 1 found this helpful Perfect for supplementing a US history class - pretty balanced, factually accurate, and engaging enough to use to introduce concepts and help tie them together for students. Great when you need a change of pace in the classroom. By definition, it has to be selective about what to cover, and manages to keep things in perspective most of the time... tough to do when you are getting so close to historical events. It also brings in modern perspectives, including snippets on interviews with current and recent experts in history, politics, business, and other pertinent areas.
