FEELS LIKE BUYER WAS FISHING FOR A REFUND AND WHEN THEY GOT A RETURN INSTEAD IT WASN'T WHAT THEY WANTED.

I Love mine!!!
I have one and I Love mine. You can put 6 smaller skeins in it, or 3 Large skeins in it. And the inside walls move to Accommodate how you want your yarn. I think it’s a little pricey for it, they need to lower the price, but it’s a great tote.
