Excellent price and performance
4 of 4 found this helpful Excellent price and performance. I bought this to replace my Intel 9600k based system. In terms of day to day use I didn't notice much difference but for recording it is a significant improvement.
The included wraith cooler is very good but can be a little bit on the loud side, my system was constantly ramping up and down until I replaced it with an sealed loop water cooler. Be warned - the thermal paste was so strong on the wraith cooler that it ripped the chip out of the socket when I removed it, bending 2 of the pins. I managed to re align them with a knife blade but it was worrying!
