Not for beginners, but a very helpful text just the same.
This is not a book for beginners. Neither is it a book only helpful to the professional therapist. If you or a loved one is in therapy for PTSD (or should be) this book can illuminate how trauma can affect people, how we do not all respond the same, what might be helpful.
Ideally, this book would be a good companion for someone who is in professional therapy. For the many who can't afford therapy, if you have good critical thinking skills, this might be helpful in understanding what the pathways to recovery are. Knowing this might enable one to navigate the system to find affordable, competent help.

Soft and lightweight
I love the versatility of these pants. They are lightweight and silky. This is great for summer, but could also be easily worn in winter with tights underneath-- the silky texture would not get hung up on any type of tights. They are very versatile in style as well. They look great with a tank or tee for just lounging around. I wore mine to the office with a long black tunic and heels and got many compliments. (And was COMFORTABLE ALL DAY!) These are a no brainer. Buy a pair and see!
