Nice camera for many uses.
1 of 2 found this helpful This is a nice camera. It seems that SiOnyx designed a night vision camera for just about everyone to use. I can see it being used for night time search and rescue, hunting animals, ghost, UFO's, or intruders on your property. The camera can be used for personal safety. The ability to see what is around before getting out of the car or house at night is great. Wish I had the camera the last time I went camping. Maybe I would have seen the wolves.
When you turn on the camera, it is ready to be used. No long loading screens. The GPS information, along with the compass is great for anyone wanting to document an event. The view finder is clear and it's thumb wheel to adjust focus is great. The turning on of the view finder when you put the camera up to your eye is a nice feature, but it doesn't work sometimes. The stabilization works surprisingly well but you loose a small amount of pixel area. The digital zoom is not the best. The camera is best suited for close range or wide field of view. The sound recording is sensitive and picks up your breathing. The sound recording sensitivity can be adjusted in the camera setting menu. Night glow (Green) is, well, not the best.
In case you want to use the SiOnyx WiFi app to control the camera. The SiOnyx WiFi app for Android tablets requires Android version 6.0 or newer. Unfortunately my tablet is a 4.4.0, so the app doesn't work with it.
Overall, I have really enjoyed the camera.

Wall power supply gets extremely hot
3 of 3 found this helpful The Zero Breeze Mark 2 is a nice little light weight air conditioner unit. The one thing I find not acceptable is the wall plug power source. The power source or brick gets hot. Very hot. With the power brick sitting in a 70 degree indoor room, the outside of the power brick reaches about 115 degree's F. Sitting in a warmer room that is 90 degree's F, the power brick reached 145 degree's F, and was too hot to touch. There are no heat vent holes, of any type on the power brick to protect the inside from being damaged due to over heating. It is a poorly designed power source. Using the power brick in a confined space could cause damage to that space, the power brick, or worse. This is something to consider when buying the Zero Breeze. Hopefully the manufacture will realize this issue and create a better wall plug power source.
