I have never tried a helmet that fits this perfectly!
The Shoei Neotec II is the most comfortable helmet I have ever tried on - I have had a difficult time finding a helmet that fits, so I really appreciate the perfect fit of this one. It is pricey - I hope it remains as comfortable as it is today.

The quiet ride fly mask is wonderful!
I absolutely love this mask! My horse is extremely fly/gnat/etc. sensitive on his face and ears. I trail ride in the State Parks for hours at a time - this mask has definitely made him, and me, happier - no more head tossing or shaking, just fun without the aggravation of pests. I also believe it helps keep the sun off his very sensitive white nose and lips. He adjusted to wearing it immediately - no problems at all. Thinking about wearing one myself, lol!!!

Love this DVD!
This DVD covers basic yoga very well; it is great for beginners as well as advanced yoga students - the instructor shows you how to modify poses to accommodate those with limitations, as well as how to make the poses even more advanced if you wish to challenge yourself. It's great that everyone, regardless of your abilities or skill level, will benefit from this DVD. The instructor is easy to follow with clear, concise directions. I highly recommend this DVD!
