Natural balance of REAL vitamins and nutrients
With or without food, this one a day whole food vitamin can be absorbed greatly.
Straight from food sources and not synthetically made, this supplement can make a big difference internally and externally.
Knowing that you are eating something real can alone make you feel good.
Personally, I do.
Prices vary but overall great product and highly recommended

Old version is much better than the "New and Improved" version
This is the older formula before Neutrogena created the "New and Improved" version.
So glad I found it.
Hopefully there is more out there because the new version irritates my face.
