Best form of magnesium for most people.
Researched magnesium years ago and this form is highly absorable.

Wonderful soap!
This is great soap. It has a very natural scent and doesn't disappear quickly like some soaps. But, the price everywhere is ridiculous for most soaps, not just this one.

Hot cayenne if you want to breathe deeply
2 of 2 found this helpful I am addicted to the way I feel after I take my 4 drops of cayenne daily. I have post nasal drip which makes it difficult to breathe in the early morning. Anyone with copd or asthma would want to take this too. It also brings down blood pressure.
