    Sorry for delay in feedback--recovering from an illness, couldn't pick up mail. This is an excellent seller. First, the item came very quickly and was well packaged. I needed to get the xwords I had not already bought before, ( I had bought several in the past) and he was able to do that! This is because he has very good communication skills. He ships free, which is always a plus, and the price for the Xword books is very fair. I am thrilled with purchase! I have already saved this seller

    This seller very kindly agreed to send me only the Penny Press brand of puzzle -- no Dell. I bought 3 lots of 6, so he had to sort through and box 18 books, which he did. Thank you so very much. In addition, the books were packed in a substantial box so there was no damage to the books. And finally, I ordered on Tuesday and the books arrived on Thursday. Again, thank you so much.     Received only 9 books. Package arrived with plastic bag sliced open, newspaper wrapping torn and one book missing. Why only one? Beyond me, but that’s the case. Not seller’s fault after it leaves their hands, but still disappointing. Perhaps you might try using a cardboard box in the future. I believe the PO provides them at no charge. Good seller. Books in perfect condition. Would do business again. Thanks
