My Hair is Growing and I Feel GREAT!!!!
Perfect Amino is amazing and a perfect alternative to protein powders. It is more effective because the body uses more of it to create protein than it does protein powders or protein in food. Aside from increasing my protein, my hair and nails are growing. I had been losing hair as a result of weight loss. That has stopped, and I even have baby hairs growing in just a little under one month.
