Yes these were new but soda of some kind was spilt on two out of the five hot wheels. Also make sure you ship in a box and not a padded envelope. Some of the corners got extra bent during shipping because they were not in a box and had weight from other packages pressing on them.

Not worth buying
Case was damaged. Said it was new. I knew it wasn't in the plastic but still it looks horrible. Not to mention it didn't come with the poster. (Mind to this was supposed to be a Christmas gift)
