Buckles are cheap, thin plastic.
Buckles don't tighten, don't hold, and they break easily if you pull too hard. Spend more for the same thing which comes with nice metal clamp buckles. These are pure junk, and I'm surprised the seller sells them.

Versatile, elegant design, but a bit lightweight. I question durability.
It's hard to find a scooper with both a rake and spade. Nature's Miracle makes one, but it doesn't seem as well made as this.
A larger tray size would be nice. But, this size isn't too small either. It's a good size.
I'm not sure about the threaded handle pieces. The pole's metal isn't very heavy. I worry the threads aren't going to hold well/long. It might need a sheet metal screw through the overlapping/threaded metal part. (But, so far it seems fine.).
The plastic clip (to secure the rake or spade to the tray's handle) dosen't grip well. It slides around. Two clips might make more sense. If someone really wants to use the plastic clip, it might work if a sheet metal screw was used to "pin" the plastic clip to the tray. The rake or spade would still be a little flimsy. But, pinning it to the tray handle would help a lot. (If you used a couple short screws on the rake or spade's handle, just above and below the plastic clip, that would act as a "stop" so the rake/spade handle wouldn't slide up and down in the clip. That could make it more useable. Two clips would be better, though).
