Just as good as the reviews say.
It's everything I wanted and needed for medium duty. The actual product varies slightly in appearance, but not in a way that affects function. For instance, the little clear plastic "windshield" above the cutting teeth in the photos was black on the unit I received. But it works well and is a bargain at this price. It's much better than EBay's own cheap tape with their colored name on it, which is flimsy and tears easily.
