  Seller stated it was used in working condition. However it was not in full working condition. When I contacted the seller about this he told me that he "stated it was used" I sent it back to trijicon under warranty to get it fixed. However the seller selling "used" products is different than selling "broken/non functional" products. The seller basically said "well I said it was used so.... not my problem. Tough s**t." I would NOT recommend this seller!
