Progressive International PS-97GY Microwave Rice & Pasta Cooker 17 Piece Set

This is a wonderful product!

I love it. This makes pasta and rice dishes quick and easy; Those pre-packaged ones that you buy at the store are just stupid easy, and microwave quick! I've tested it on both the Knorr pasta and rice envelopes ... an absolute SNAP! I've taken pasta and/or rice, mixed them with dehydrated peppers, onions, and carrots as well as Dried and ground tomatoes ... Fantastic! Throw in some cheese too ... not a problem. And I'm lazy, I admit. So the quick and easy cleanup puts this product over the moon for me! I have never used anything but the vessel itself, and it comes with all kinds additional "stuff". To me, the additional "stuff" is unnecessary, but if you need cheap plastic measuring cups and spoons ... No problem, they're in the box. There is an insert for steaming veggies, but after testing several different vessels for that task I have already found the perfect device for that, so the inside of this vessel is never going to see a Brussel Sprout that requires steaming. There is also a basket if you are making larger quantiles of Pasta. I'm single, and therefore cook only for myself and have no need to cook quantiles of pasta that might require deployment of the basket.
