Factory parts.

If you have need to replace this specific part. This is the option to take. Don't try to modify or replace it with anything other than the factory vent insert.

Not a good fit unless you're not particular about the look of your car.

Tried fitting these to my car, and they are just not a good fit. They're cheaply made and leave gaps where bits of the plastic meet the body panels. They're not even the same size as my stock headlights. They're not as wide, and over all smaller than the OEM headlights.

Real leather shifter.

This is a very nice addition to an IS, or any Lexus with the ventilated seats. The punched leather on the grip very closely matches the punched leather on your seats, and most importantly. It's real leather, and feels great in the hand.
