I kept my bid fairly low because the shipping cost seemed high for such a small item .Only an opinion, but I think that the shipping cost should be what it actually is and let the value of the item (and demand for it) determine the rest. I didn't know what to charge for the shipping in advance. With eBay, whether you charge too much or offer free shipping, they charge me the same. They charge a percentage from the total of shipping plus what the item sold for, so I didn't profit when I mistakenly overestimated the shipping. Review for street preaching.
2 of 3 found this helpful Wanted something louder than my AKER AK-38 for busy intersections or areas with a lot of background noise.
First impression is that the quality is merely ok, but it looks like it could last as long as you don't abuse it. It's easy to use and nice that after a few years when the rechargeable battery finally goes bad it will also accept regular or rechargeable C batteries.
I've only used it once so far at a gas station near a fairly crowded intersection. One person who heard the preaching gave a thumbs-up but also motioned for me to turn up the volume. The volume was all the way up but I noticed the loudness also depends on how directly you hold the microphone in front of your mouth. So I think you can definitely get a few more decibels just by making sure you hold the microphone directly in front of your lips and not slightly under. I've heard to TOA megaphones are extremely loud and clear and durable but I'm not ready to drop $300 on one yet, you could but 5 of these for the same price.
Here's the most important part of the review, if you haven't done it already please repent and trust Jesus the Savior. The same God who will open the books on your life and judge you, loved you enough to die on a cross for you so that He can be with you forever.
