  In the photos you can't see the upper part of the neck and that's why I bought it confident that it was a new product, what we see in the photos is what I received. I tried to contact the seller but all he could do was tell me that they didn't send it like that, I didn't expect a refund but at least an explanation that would put my mind at ease and that wasn't the case.
