  Unfortunately the thumb got broken on my elf! He is Beautiful! I will be able to glue it! I think what happened it was in the box with the doll! The lady did refund money on my account for the shipping! Shipped together! The postal service has just throw the box properly and it got broken! I still love him! But next time I would of just paid extra postage or wrap good in bubble wrap! Still would buy again from her! Stuff is as described and Beautiful
