  This is not the way I do business and am so sorry this happened. I had an unexpected death in my family and had to be away. The package was ready to go and my assistant was to send it that day and check my messages as well. When I returned yesterday the package was still here and I contacted the buyer right away to let her know. I got the package out today. I am also reimbursing the shipping charges. The buyer was so understanding and gracious, which I really do appreciate, it means alot!
