Does what was expected

I bought this in leu of finding it in the local hobby/craft stores. I use it for paint pouring to create a particular effect. The product delivers as always but the price is terribly expensive for what it can be purchased in the local stores if they were available. The local "plandemic" kept DecoArt from shipping and so it became important to other painters as well to get the desired effect. Unfortunately the stores ran out due to the demand.
