HotSwap
Used this 5 bay hotswap in a 3 bay PC case, the motherboard supports up to 6 sata connections. To expand my PC with the convenience of hotswap highly simplifies the process of swapping drives without messing around with sata and power connections.
Linux developer and have this setup on two machines running a total of 11 drives with easy access.
Highly recommend this item, simple as simple gets to install and setup!
Also, the small LED lights are blue and fully lit when drives are inserted when there are activity changes to a purple. Very nice setup.

The Asus 990 FX
Have used the Asus M5A97 motherboard and wanted an Asus 990 FX for a while now. After 11 years, my M597 started behaving oddly, after troubleshooting and isolating to what I believed was the motherboard. I went with the best deal and upwards to the Asus 990 FX. It has a fierce legacy already without me adding to it. I'm not a gamer, rather a programmer wannabe.
