I started taking serrapeptase 250,000 x3. I’m also taking it along with vitamin e w selenium to clear up scarring from an ablation and to help thicken my lining. I was only getting periods once or twice a year but now I’m getting my menstrual consecutively on a monthly basis. I was a lil skeptical at first but serrapeptase And vitamin E combined has made me a believer and it helps w my back pain too. I recommended it to my sister As well cause she suffers from swelling of the knees. She just ordered it.
