Older touch screen
This is a good quality monitor, but long in the technological tooth. I would bet this is ideal for a Windows 7 machine. Windows 8 and 10 require tracking down old drivers and keeping them in place despite 'helpful' updates from Microsoft. With that conquered, you can have touch on your PC.
