Awesome for life changing weight loss
The book is written in a way that is easy to understand. It was an easy read for me. Ben really put his best foot forward with breaking down all the scientific/medical terms. This book took the complication out of following a ketogenic lifestyle. I will recommended it to all my clients, family and friends. I chose this rating because in my opinion, this is one of the best books that I have read relating to converting to the ketogenic lifestyle. It’s easy to follow. Ben really cares about educating his audience.
