Easily rusts and pits

I bought this in June and it came damaged. Rc did the right thing and replaced it. I have only had the bumper on for about 4 month and it already has a crack in the powder coat and is rusting and pitting. I emailed them again and they said it appears to be damaged. The bumper doesn’t even have a scratch on it.
