Sized for children or adults with small heads.
I wanted something to keep my nose warm. This covers my nose, but is somewhat tight, and the pressure on the nose isn't comfortable. Nor does the item cover the neck as in the picture.
I conclude that this item is sized for children.
Otherwise it's a decent buy.

These do a pretty good job for me, and are relatively inexpensive.
Surprisingly effective at improving intelligibility of conversation, and not very expensive at all. I have lots of hearing loss from 4000 hz and up.
Makes watching tv movies much better - dialog comes across better. (I still want captions though.) More effective than my 6 yr. old Oticons, and I didn't have to shell out huge bucks for the latest and greatest.
- Noise suppression could be better, but for the price and efficacy, no complaints.
Besides volume control, there are 2 settings. It's not entirely obvious to me how they differ just by listening, but if I cup my hand over the ear causing feedback, one setting has higher frequency feedback, so that's the setting with more gain in the higher frequencies.

Works well, far less expensive than the HP branded product.
One of the benefits of having an older laser printer (like the workhorse HP 2100M) is being able to get perfectly functioning rebuilt / refilled /recycled cartridges at a very reasonable price
