The only reason the shipping time got 4 stars is because the shipping company messaged me that the item had been delivered but I never received it. I contacted the seller and they had another set shipped and delivered next day. The seller is responsive and took care of me right away.

It came with no bracket. I could have bought it for less money with the cheap spout and no mounting bracket. Then when I contacted the seller, I got no response. Spout is not the one pictured. It’s a cheap model. Very disappointed. The reason I bought this one was for the flexibility of the spout. It can’t be used for the purpose I bought it for and no tracking provided
