You'll smile remembering times growing up when you heard Dion
I'm reviewing all the music I listened to growing up. Dion was one of those artists who gets forgotten. Let's here it for hits like The Wanderer and Runaround Sue!

The best... and more! of Depeche Mode
Just going back in years to capture CDs from artists that left me inspired. Depeche Mode is one of them. This is a great collection of their best songs. The included 30 minute DVD is a special bonus to learn more about the individuals who comprised Depeche Mode.

This does what a UPS Fails to do!
0 of 1 found this helpful Just bought a new desktop computer with lots of peripherals and wanted to protect it electrically.
I considered a UPS, then learned about the poor capability of the "surge" protection in a typical <$500 UPS.
Inexpensive home/small business UPSs use MOVs to capture big voltage surges and route the power to the electrical ground. MOVs degrade with repeated surges. Perhaps worse, they instantly route the surge to the ground line. That means it will leak into other non-protected equipment on the same ground line.
SurgeX does not degrade with repeated surges.
SurgeX clamps surges at a much lower voltage level than MOV-based surge proctored, thus further protecting your sensitive electronics.
Last, SurgeX absorbs large surges into a capacitor bank, then slowly leaks the excess power back to the incoming circuit, which protects other equipment.
Now, I can add a UPS to handle that other geek concern- operating through short power losses.
