Overpriced for all the issues
The smart tracking is not working correctly and the documentation is different from the actual software. Example the SET RATIO button in the Smart Tracking does nothing.
The camera acts like it wants to track by zooming in away from the object then moving down, then spinning in circles and finally going back to its starting point.
If you connect it to your NVR then you lose all features like Smart Tracking
