Very Easy to use
1 of 1 found this helpful This Teeter Hang Up has been a life saver! I am able to prolong my visits to the chiropractor with a daily or twice daily hang. I am not sure what I would do without it! My chiropractor visits were getting more frequent and in about 6 or 7 visits I have this paid for!

1 of 1 found this helpful I found this book to be pretty helpful. I was looking for information on how to help get our kids through college with little or no debt and this book did a good job. There was some content I did't care for, but for the most part, I enjoyed the book and it had great information.

There were no instructions with the device so I have no idea how to use it.
