Its very difficult to write a review on an item which is still not assembled since its arrival from China but I will try to let you know why. The unit does not come with any type of assembly instructions, the line 'if you are intelligent you will be able to assemble this' is total rubbish, I am and electro-mechanical engineer trained in the M.O.D. under City and Guilds and have 45yrs experience of building everything from submarine engines to micro-machines used to fill phials of insulin so I know what I am talking about. Viewing the listing photo's for reference does not help one little bit as when you do you notice that they are showing 2 different cnc machines which totally confuses the situation. Buying this was supposed to give me some relaxation allowing me to do things I want to do with some of the wooden boxes I own yet so far I cant even tell any of you that all the items needed to build this machine are in the box, no instructions and no packing list! I am so disappointed that its hard for me to even give this review a little bit of an upside. There is no doubt that it will be going back to China during the next few days. I would warn anyone interested in buying such a machine to inquire first if it comes with full assembly details and ask for some photos of them so you can check for yourself to see if the instructions actually match the machine you want to buy? other wise leave it alone and look elsewhere as you will be like me poorer and no wiser.
Not much anyone can say about peanuts is there! However for bird-lovers such as my wife and I peanuts mean the difference between having a garden full of birds everyday of the year and having very few if any. We started like many other people just hanging up a couple of peanut feeders to watch the birds, normally of the tit family, come and feed, then I threw some onto the garden and the doves came down followed by sparrows, starlings, dunnocks, blackbirds, magpies, jays et al, oh don't forget the squirrels my wife says? So just saying 'peanuts' isn't a big deal but the effects can be. You cant just go to the pet shop and buy a small bag of peanuts and expect birds to hang around your feeders for you to top them up when empty, they expend a lot of energy just coming to your garden that that alone must be compensated for so ensuring that you have more than a couple of feeders will do this for you. We have peanut feeders, seed feeders, fat ball feeders, we feed bread twice a day and throw seeds onto the garden once a day for those that cannot hang onto a seed feeder, we even have 2 bowls of peanuts specifically for our squirrels oh and before I forget again, meal worms. Now as you may expect all of this costs money which is why shopping around is a necessary evil, by doing this you can find suppliers whose costs are reasonable such as Garden Wildlife Direct, add free postage and the overall outlay is pretty small in view of what you can get. A 25kilo bag may seem a lot but this lasts us over a month and that's feeding twice a day plus keeping the feeders full, the peanuts are nice and fat not 'wasted' which we have found with some other suppliers, they contain all the elements needed to keep our feathered friends and others healthy which is what its all about after all. So not much to say about peanuts! but a lot to say about the joy they bring. Too many of our birds are dying out, sparrows have been hardest hit but others will follow, without doing something to help them survive it wont be too long before we'll have skies clear of any birds and that will be another casualty of our thoughtlessness. Go on buy some nuts and give our friends the chance of life you'll be surprised at how much joy they will bring you over the years.
