close but doesn't fit
1 of 1 found this helpful This light comes close to fitting, but the gasket which is a separate piece is square in cross section and does not fit the rounded edges of the opening for the light. This results in its ends not fitting down into the opening and the ends of the light not sealing against water entering.
The original light has a gasket that is bonded to it, not a separate piece. The bonded gasket is rounded and fits its opening. The original light may also be a bit more flexible since it fits better.
I've attached an image of the original light, showing the end with the proper gasket. The next two are images of this light with its thicker gasket that doesn't fit properly.
