Have bought from this seller before without issue but this time was different, The package was unable to be picked up by the courier then communication with seller was average at best, after reaching out about the product not being shipped I was told it had been processed and would receive a tracking number shortly. 7 days later I had to reach out again as there was still no update, did not get a reply for 2 more days. Hit and Miss with this seller I guess.

We did our very best during trying times. Cyclone Alfred disrupted our telephones, internet and flooded our office.
