Best all round mens pocket knife
I have carried one of these pocket knives for close to 4 decades. It's size is hardly noticeable in a suit pant pocket or a pair of jeans. The two blades take care of most day to day cutting needs. I can bring the blades to near razor sharpness and they hold an edge very well. The pair of scissors, though small, are often useful. I use the nail file all the time and find it's performance is good. The small pair of tweezers are occasionally useful, as is the plastic ( maybe nylon) toothpick. I had the first one of these knives for several years and never did figure out what the funny looking blade was intended for. The small blade screwdriver is obvious, but the other part was a mystery. I found several uses for the serrated blade portion. Cutting the insulation on wire for one. When I lost the first knife, I had to quickly buy a replacement as I felt a form of naked with it not in my pocket. The new knife came with a directions sheet in the box and I had already decided that this time I would READ the directions and find out what the funny looking blade was designed for. I learned that it was designed to score the peel of, for instance, an orange to make it easy to peel. I tried it and it works very well! On the Continent, peeling and eating a fresh orange is a common practice. A disappointing note! They have saved a few pennies by not including the printed directions. Instead, the box suggests visiting the website for instructions.
I think this is the fifth one of these knives that I have purchased to replace the ones I have lost or broke. I still have one on which I broke the main blade. This knife has a great Victorinox warranty/repair policy and center where you can get it repaired/refurbished. One of these days I am going to get a round tuit and send the broke one into the center.
I happen to like the black version better than the red one, but it is the same knife.
I highly recommend this knife.
After you have carried one for a while, you will hate to leave the house without it!

Great dry lubricant
A great little known product. For years, I have been both surprised and pleased at how well it works. I have used it for a LOT of different applications. I will mention two. Sticky wooden drawers, apply to the slide friction surfaces, problem solved! Wood hanging rail in clothes closet, lightly sand wood, apply White Stick Lubricant to top portion of rail. Voila! Hangers slide back and forth with ease.
