Loos like genuine part, usually perform the same too.
Ebay's 'bullet points' don't relate to this product, someone really needs to take Ebay to task on this stuff!
Product is good, is identical to the original, fits exactly as it should.
To be honest, they are a PITA to fit, more so if never changed before or if the mower is hard used.
Regards longevity of this particular pair of idlers, that is a waiting game! The way the weather has been the mower has not been used in anger since fitting. It all runs up OK without any load, but I can't say if or for how long they'll last once they get pressure from driving and cutting daily applied to them.
I've replaced them in the past with 'non-genuine' idlers, or should that read idlers bought as 'non-genuine' ie 'not as genuine parts supplied by the mower manufacturer', including from this seller. So far I've not had an issue with any of them. Having said that, the mower was second hand when I purchased it, the idlers I replaced first time may or may not have been genuine parts, and have no way of knowing if or when they had been previously changed. On average I seem to get a couple of years out of this particular pair in the position they are fitted, others less where more vulnerable, or longer where better protected or more lightly stressed!
All the idlers I have purchased over the years, generally suffer the same fate, those affected by cuttings and muck from the blades tend to seize due to the seals letting go, whilst those more protected or not in a damp atmosphere, just plain wear out!
All in all you pays your money and takes your choice.
There is no way to 'service' these idlers, they run until they don't! Don't over tax by over tensioning belts, and where possible keep clear of debris thrown up by the blades. For longevity adjust belts regularly, and replace when the bearing gets noisy or is sticking, and before allowing them to seize or collapse! Leaving too long will mean new belts are in order too, with other parts liable to damage too!

it's a jigsaw!
0 of 2 found this helpful Having bought Silverline 'Silverstorm' power tools before, when I needed a 'half decent' replacement for my Black and Decker Proline jigsaw quickly I bought this, probably a mistake but time will tell! It's not as good quality as previous earlier Silverline power tools I've had, it seems more 'plasticy' and not as solid. It works OK, so far. As I've since read in other reviews, the blade mount wasn't straight, the sole plate didn't/wasn't lined up correctly and the laser is off line. Al were able to be aligned correctly but they should have been correct to start with. All down to cheap production, and bad quality control. As I mentioned earlier, time will tell how well/long it lasts. It could do with a blower to clear the blade sight line but then the price would go up, probably better without and they look at quality control.

Bonus!
It is heavier than the normal twin 'shotgun' cable, like two WF100 together. Without pulling it apart, I would hope it means the shielding braid is better than the cheaper cables usually are! Centre core seems to be solid copper and not the plated steel variety, and the F connectors are gold plated, though be careful pulling cable through by the connector, I wasn't and a locking nut came off, it did go back on after a bit of a fiddle so all was not lost. Had I needed to fit a new connector I would have reported on the cable construction more!
To summarise, good cable for the price with gold connectors pre installed.
