Awesome Camera!
7 of 7 found this helpful Great IQ, ultra fast and accurate focusing, focus tracking is much better now! Color rendering is great as usual with the 5D's, White Balance is very accurate. In general it's a great upgrade from the Mark III, Mega Pixel wise also from 22MP to 30MP. I noticed that the shutter is much more quiet and no shutter lag at all. The display is touch screen and very high resolution, exposure simulation is very accurate. I heard some complaints about the 4K video, for me that's not a problem at all, I don't intend to ever shoot video with it, I shoot photographs, this is a camera for photography some people use it for video, if you want to shoot videos buy a videocamera (they're made to shoot videos)

Very thin, super strong! I can put more than 400 yards of 50lb test line in a Saragosa 10000
I don't worry about being spooled while fighting yellow tails!

Amazing ultra high res camera
9 of 9 found this helpful 50 megapixel DSLR, I did a great research before deciding between the 5Ds or 5Dsr I ended up liking how the 5Ds renders detail and it's still ultra sharp. Just went to take my first photos with it recently and they are spectacular, razor sharp, great color and noise is very usable up to ISO 3200. I got this camera to shoot portraits and landscapes and to make large prints. I just picked up my first two prints on 60"X20" after cropping the image for this panoramic size and the results are fantastic. Lots of detail. Very happy with this camera.
