1 of 1 found this helpful Product does exactly what I expected. If the numbers themselves aren't accurate, at least they are consistent. Gives you an idea where your body stands. I'm sure reading the entire introductions would help as well. Nonetheless, a good product if you're serious about getting in shape and watching your fat composition
