The Condominium Concept
I purchased this book because I just moved to a condo and became a member of my condo board. I know absolutely nothing about condo laws or rules, so I purchased this book to help me understand my condo docs.
A Florida Ombudsman recommended this book and told me to get the latest edition. It helps a laymen like me to understand the rules and regulations and the Florida Condo Statutes 718.

Living Fully with Shyness and Social Anxiety
1 of 1 found this helpful I didn't purchase this book because I have Social Anxiety, I purchased it because a friend of mine has it and he does all this unusual stuff that I don't understand; like not giving eye contact, saying "we" instead of I, mumbling his words, making me feel extremely awkward around him, and other behaviors.
I like this book because it explained all the weird behaviors that my friend has and it helps me to understand him and except him and appreciate him. The book was easy to understand as well.
I didn't really read the part about getting rid of the anxiety because I didn't care about that part. I guess eventually I will give this book to my friend and let him read that part since he is the one that has the social Anxiety.

These ab wheels are very well made and very smooth to roll out. I have a pair from Ultimate BodyPress, and they are exceptionally smooth. Unfortunately, they no longer sell them. I purchased a cheap pair on Amazon that has rubbery plastic wheels. They are awful! These SKLZ Core Wheels are comparable to the Ultimate BodyPress wheels I own. They are a little lighter in weight, so I can travel with them. On a scale from 1-10. They are a 9. The wheels were delivered very quickly. Very pleased.
