Did not work for me and made my husband gain weight.
We tried this diet for 2 1/2 weeks. I lost ten pounds doing his Atkins inspired fast track, but the actual diet did nothing for me. We followed the directions in the book, bought the products, and my husband ended up gaining a pound. I won't say that this book won't work. It had some important point and I can tell you I was never hungry on this. It made me appreciate water and I did cut out a lot of sugar my body didn't need. But overall, the book was a failure for us.

What a lost gem
This album originally and unfortunately sank like a rock because the company who was marketing it went under. It has the angst of a man who was struggling, which at the time he really was. When he sang, "Where is the Love?", you believe he meant it. For those of you who liked Rick for the music, this is a must buy for your collection.

Matt and Trey leave no toy unturned
For fans of the irreverent Matt Stone and Trey Parker(creators of South Park), the movie Orgazmo is a action-packed romp in the adult industry. Only in their minds would a Mormon missionary end up in a hardcore sex film. What surprised me was how Trey's portrayal was almost spot on without being too cheesy. I wouldn't show it to my Mormon acquaintences, they may take offense to the material. Some of the special effects were lame(like the house burning down), but there were plenty of creative uses for sexual aids(the names of which I am pretty sure I'm not allowed to type in this review). And no animals were harmed in the filming of this picture(inside joke if you watch this dvd). I personally love the soundtrack the best. Trey is genuinely a talented musician.
I loved this movie; however, it isn't for everyone. I would not recommend it for those who take life, or themselves too seriously.For me, it was worth what I paid for the dvd.
