i am still reading the book pretty good info
great service quick and no issues book is interesting with some good ideas. I don't agree with everything but he makes some good points and I have integrated some of the ideas

This Actually Works and never hungry
Got it a week ago, eaten almost totally from the recipes and already my morning blood sugars are down 30 points and I dropped 1.4 lbs

Pretty good
Pretty good, some of the patterns look more like coloring book characters, I've seen better patterns but all in all it has some good patterns snd is much more reasonable than buying individual patterns
