Great product that should be used wisely
I love these "Bed Buddies" for heating in microwave for sore neck/knees, etc. But,don't put directly on skin; place over sweater or robe or something relatively thick to protect your delicate skin. If it is too too hot on your wrist (just like baby formula), don't put it anywhere on your body until it cools down.
If you do overheat, it will put off a burned hair smell which is not possible to get rid of, so I recommend heating in 30 second intervals. Usually one or two is enough for soothing warmth. Also, don't fall asleep with it on or put on children or animals as they may not react to the product being too warm as an adult person would.
I've used these for years and purchased many from this particular seller. Highly recommend with practical and common sense precautions.
