No comparison to "garlic"
I think what makes this product unacceptable to me, is the fact that there is no comparing it to "real" garlic. And that's what the product description says that it's strong in comparison to garlic. I wouldn't buy it. I think it's a waste of time, and I took about 5 capsules at once, five times the amount recommended. I saw NO benefit. This is just my opinion. Perhaps others are getting a different opinion.

Sheet quality, not duvet quality.
It was like putting a sheet over my comforter. I think that's okay if you're wanting a sheet, but if you want a covering, then I would expect a better quality and thickness.
