Something you hope you never need
1 of 1 found this helpful I haven't actually used this yet and I hope I never have to. Just having it with me is peace of mind enough! Had fun learning how to use it though.

Recommend with reservations
Although I like my pannier and it was a good value it is important to note that I have discovered that it is riveted together. What that means is after a few weeks of use I had the rivets come out and my bag actually fell off my bike in the street while I was riding it. At every spot that it is riveted I have had to fix it by purchasing nuts and bolts and lock washers and putting those in at all the riveted points. While inconvenient this was not an expensive fix. I've had to repair it at 4 connecting points which cost me of course a bit of time and approximately $0.51/ point.
